1. To join as Member of Hyderabad Film Club, an individual should have completed age of 18 Years.

2. Life Membership is valid from the date of issue. The Regular Membership is valid for the particular Calendar Year. During month of January of every year, the Regular Membership need to be RENEWED, by paying renewal fee.

3. Any Membership fee cannot be refunded and is not transferable.

4. Members are not allowed to bring guests/ children along with them for any screenings or any other Film Club activities, unless, specifically permitted for the particular homogeneous age group activity decided by the Executive Committee.

5. Cell phones / Laptops should not be used in preview theatre, during screenings and discussions.

6. The Screenings should not be photographed/shot/ recorded, with cell phone/ Camera or any other device, as it attracts Piracy Laws.

7. Entry to film shows and film related activities are on a first come first serve basis, as per designated area.

8. The Screenings are subject to change/cancellation/modification due to unforeseen developments.

9. There will be separate Accreditation Process for International Film Festivals and Seminars/Work-shops/Film Appreciation Courses.

10. Members will have to abide by the various terms & conditions as set by the Hyderabad Film Club Executive Committee, from time to time

11. Terms & Conditions are subject to change without any prior notice.

12. The Executive Committee reserves the right to accept /not to accept any application for membership to Film Club without assigning any reason.

By applying for Membership, I hereby agree that I will abide by the Terms & Conditions of the Hyderabad Film Club. In the event of my failure to do so, my/our membership may be cancelled immediately without intimation.
